With a track record of diligence and excellence in driving business solution strategies, systems design, service operations, and management, he brings an exceptional blend of technical, entrepreneurial, and strategic development skills.

Yemi has demonstrated astute leadership, team, and management skills with a global business perspective. This was especially evident during his tenure as the lead of The Phase3 Telecom Business Operations Team (BOT), the chief operations officer arm of the business. His work emphasizes insightful data analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and a proven capacity for customer engagement.

In his role as a service delivery expert, Yemi is responsible for maintaining the organization’s service value system, ensuring Phase3’s industry reputation as a top-tier service provider through effective service architecture, governance, assurance, and customer support. As the technical solutions lead, he has designed, implemented, and managed IP/MPLS core networks and service solutions for various customer needs across network technologies. His expertise in technical presales engagement supports the organization’s sales efforts, driving customer base growth and increasing revenue.

Yemi is also well-versed in information security systems, next-generation networks, and project management. Prior to joining Phase3 Telecom in 2012, he worked as a consultant at Progress Ventures, focusing on business analysis and solution architecture. His hands-on experience in software engineering, distributed and embedded computer systems, and modeling allowed him to design and implement software solutions, enhancing the company’s competitive advantage in the IT sector.
