With a solid academic foundation, including a Certificate in Public Policy Analysis from the London School of Economics and Political Science, a Corporate Communications Specialization from the University of California, and a Strategic Leadership and Management Specialization from the University of Illinois, Abimbola brings a multifaceted perspective to policy development and implementation.


Holding an MBA in Human Resources Management with a focus on Learning and Development from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, United Kingdom, alongside a BSc in Computer Information Systems, Abimbola combines technical expertise with a passion for transformative education. Her approach emphasizes strategic development, data-driven policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the practical application of policies aligned with the foundation’s mission.


Prior to her current position, Abimbola served as the Head of Learning and Development at The Ministers’ School, where she developed comprehensive training curricula focused on essential leadership skills. Her initiatives included personalized coaching, engaging workshops, and the establishment of mentorship programs designed to foster personal and professional growth among participants.

With a track record in research, policy advocacy, and leadership development, Abimbola is passionate about creating lasting change through education and is dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders across Africa.
