
Executive Secretary & Board Trustee
Morayo is a transformative leader with over 20 years of expertise in operations, management, administration, and governance. Her career spans an impressive array of domains, including entrepreneurship, people management, strategic communications, marketing and acquisitions, digital solutions, customer insights and data analytics (including UX/UI competence), program planning and management, end-to-end systems management, business analysis, and process innovation and implementation.
Currently, she serves as a board trustee and executive secretary at the Stanley Jegede Foundation (SJF). She has also held key positions such as Chief of Communications, Engagement & Interventions at the Rebuild Lagos Trust Fund, and Group Head of Corporate Communications & Digital Services at Phase 3 Telecom. Her diverse experience includes roles in mid and top-level management at Abuja Clinics LTD, CB Services Ltd., Anfield Logistics Ltd., DAAR Communications Plc./Africa Independent Television (AIT), OneTel in the UK, and MSL Shipping and Logistics, where she has consistently delivered on complex corporate assignments.
Throughout her career, she has collaborated with individuals and teams of all sizes, playing a crucial role in strategy, identifying first-mover opportunities, and ensuring business continuity through initiatives like the development of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to drive and sustain revenue growth.
Her extensive work in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) includes engagements in areas such as water and sanitation, IT/ICT empowerment, social crisis management, poverty alleviation, heritage preservation, infrastructure rehabilitation, public health, welfare sustainability, child aid, and education development.
An alumna of the University of East London with a Master’s in Global Media and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Olabisi Onabanjo University, she also holds certifications from the School of Media and Communications at Pan Atlantic University, Lagos Business School, and is Phillips Consulting Managerial Assessment of Proficiency (MAP) certified.
As a public speaker, mentor, and coach, she actively volunteers her voice and support to several causes, including roles on the boards of trustees for Phase 3 Foundation, TheLink: LACA, LifeCares, and the Stanley Jegede Foundation. She has been recognized by Women in Technology in Nigeria (WITIN), Django Girls, and TechED™ between 2016 and 2023. Additionally, she is a fellow of the Institute of Quality Assurance and a member of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators, the Project Management Institute, the Digital Marketing Institute, and the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).
